This theme establishes a focus on practical applications of theory and methodologies, to analyze state of the art developments, open problems and future trends leading to Electrical, Electronics and Computer Technologies. The conference also aim to bring together world wide leading researchers from industry and academia, to present & exchange their ideas, applications and innovative techniques in the field of Electrical, Electronics and Computer Technologies.

Noorul Islam Centre for Higher Education comprising the Noorul Islam College of Engineering (NICE) as its constituent teaching unit has now been declared as a Deemed- to - be University by the Ministry of Human Resource and Development (Department of Higher Education ), Government of India Under section 3 of UGC Act 1956. Noorul Islam College of Engineering was established in the year 1989 with two undergraduate Engineering programmes with an intake of 80 students. It has now metamorphosed itself into one of the best educational institutions in the southern region of India offering 15 Undergraduate, 15 Postgraduate and Doctoral programs in various discipline. The students of Noorul Islam college of Engineering have had an excellent track record of academic performance at the University Examinations. Altogether, the students of Noorul Islam College of Engineering have bagged 34 ranks in the UG and PG examinations of composite Anna University, Chennai which includes 14 first ranks and 10second ranks and 10 third ranks during the academic year (2005-2009).
